Resin 3D prints are ideal for certain types of after detailing parts such as oil lamps, torpedo vents, carriage seats and for standalone items such as milk churns. 3D printing complements other technologies like etched brass.

If you have something you want but can't find then email me at stuart@stmodels.co.uk and I can let you know if the part is suitable for 3D printing. It usually requires a drawing, a few pictures and a model the part is for.

Latest Release - 13 Nov 2024 - Banwy Models

Finally, I can announce the major change for this year. I was recently contacted by Dave Gauntlett of Banwy Models. He has been a prolific designer of Welshpool & Llanfair stock which he sold through Shapeways. When Shapeways folded, he decided to call it a day and offered his designs to me to continue the WLLR work that I have been doing.

I have agreed to take them on, print them on my machines and make them available to buy.

I am immensely grateful that Dave considered me to continue his work.

As part of the transfer I am going to make a donation to the WLLR for every item sold.
